Duties and Responsibilities • Keep financial records up to date and accurate • Record journal entries in the general ledger • Prepare accounts payable invoices, receipts, and bank deposits • Prepare financial statements with high accuracy • Comply with approved accounting standards • Handle daily bank transactions and reconcile them • Follow up on and collect outstanding invoices from customers
